About Rachel Anthony

After graduating from Stephen F Austin with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, I knew I wanted to use my naturally creative mind, love of people, and overwhelming desire to help people and create a beautiful career.

 

A new job in sales brought me to Austin and I instantly fell in love with the city, and proudly call Austin home. The job was however not allowing me to be creative or truly feel like I was helping people. Luckily, a whole lot of serendipity and prayer helped me find my way to real estate. I took the risk, quit my full-time job to join New Hope Realty Group, and have never looked back.

 

At New Hope Realty Group, not only was I trained in the legal aspects of contracts, agency and being a fiduciary, I was also shown how to help and serve people in a respectful and intentional way. I have been lucky enough to learn and collaborate with a local custom home builder, and quickly became an expert in the building process, development, and acquisition of land and lots both for individuals, investors and developers.

 

At the heart of my business, I truly love working with amazing people, opening doors or reviewing goals for selling their homes, knowing I am helping them in their next steps of home ownership.

 

My attention to detail and ability to not only listen but, understand the needs of my clients, whether they are buying or selling a home, is how I will work hard to make your real estate experience memorable and enjoyable.

 

I have expertise in working with custom homes, as I work with a builder in Lago Vista. I also have represented numerous buyers in purchasing vacant land as either a site for their future home, an investment, and even large developments.
